The Ancestral Cafe Community is Open!

Creating community to connect more deeply with ourselves & our ancestors.

I am excited to announce I’ve started a new community at the Ancestral Souls Wisdom School. It’s called Ancestral Codes and includes a FREE community called the Ancestral Cafe.

The Ancestral Cafe is a FREE community for people ready to embrace their power by claiming their ancestral codes, gifts, and blessings while also identifying, healing, and releasing their ancestral burdens. What ancestral wisdom and codes are hidden within our research, family stories, bodies, and energy systems?

Our members recognize we are all connected, all ONE, and the lives, beliefs, behaviors, patterns, and traumas of our ancestors may still affect us today. We have training and challenges in genealogy, military research, writing, meditation, ancestral healing, and personal transformation. My goal is to make ancestral healing easy and accessible.

Upcoming events at the Cafe include:

Live Meetups on 12 February, 13 February, and 19 February, with more dates to be scheduled. Just join the community and RSVP to the live events. I’ll be starting each with an energy healing and grounding meditation to set the space. Then we’ll dive into topics related to ancestors, connection, genealogy, military research, writing, journaling, inherited trauma, family patterns, and more. Be sure to have pen and paper nearby because you never know what activity I’ll explain to attendees.
