I posted in the FB Group Stories Behind the Stars yesterday, about suicide during war. I also spoke about mental health. I am looking for stories people wrote, or what they have identified within their own families. Ancestral Trauma impacts us all and each generation has been affected by war. Have you explored this within your own family history research or do you only grab the records, add to the family tree and move on? Did you know exploring family patterns and trauma was important or even a thing? I’d love to hear your thoughts.
